My factory is currently producing an automatic tumble belt shot blasting machine with loading and unloading system and with a batch capacity of 1,000 kg. It is primarily designed for surface cleaning, derusting, descaling, and shot peening of small castings, forgings, stampings, and other components. Suitable for both small-scale and large-scale production, it can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a multi-unit production line. When paired with continuous conveyors, it can form part of an automated cleaning production line. Automatic Unloading & Loading System

An automatic unloading mechanism: After being processed in the blast chamber, the workpieces are reversed out of the chamber and fall onto the automatic unloading mechanism. A vibration device then conveys the parts into a collection bin.

The unloading mechanism is equipped with anti-impact rubber damping pads, which effectively prevent collisions between the parts and the damping plate, providing excellent protection.
