And the machines will not disappoint you.  Last week, sandblasting room and spray painting booth were successfully packed and transported to Qingdao port.

Sandblasting room:

The main feature of the sandblasting room is that the operator is in the room during the sandblasting process. The protective clothing and helmet can prevent the operator from being impacted by abrasive, and the ventilation device provides fresh air for the operator through the helmet.

The sandblasting room is mainly used for large parts or very expensive parts with automatic sandblasting device. The nozzle manipulator installed in the sandblasting room can carry out automatic sandblasting on the surface of parts, and the areas that are difficult to reach by automatic sandblasting can be completed by manual sandblasting. This not only maintains flexibility, but also reduces the requirements on the number of sandblasting operators.

According to the customer’s workpiece parameters, our engineer gave them a set of 8000*9000*4000mm sand blast room with full automatic type scraper recycle system. The  full automatic system includes 3 scrapers longitudinal conveyor and one scraper horizontal conveyor on the rear of the room. This type of recycling system can automatically reclaim100% of the abrasive, and then will transport into the bottom of the bucket elevator, through the belt in the bucket elevator loading the abrasive into the separator to separate. At last, the unbroken abrasive will into the sandblasting pot recycled to use, and the broken abrasive and dust will discharge through the waste pipe.

Spray painting booth:

The paint booth is the equipment that provides a special environment for painting operation. The artificial environment manufactured in the paint booth can meet the requirements of painting operation on the temperature, humidity, illumination, cleanliness, etc. of the environment; Create a relatively comfortable and safe working environment for operators; It can deal with the paint mist generated during the coating operation and protect the sprayed material from secondary pollution. In other words, it is to ensure that the floating paint particles (fog particles) generated during the coating can be taken away from the spraying site in time to ensure the spraying quality. The paint spray room needs to be equipped with a paint mist treatment device.
